Terms and Conditions for Custom Product Orders

To ensure a smooth transaction, please take note of the following guidelines:

A1 Hustle House reserves the right to post/ share any and all work/ creations/ products that was created by A1 Hustle House/ Employee unless deemed other wise by A1 Hustle House.

Shipment Responsibility Disclaimer
Please note that once your order has been shipped, A1 Hustle House is not responsible for any issues that arise within the package/ length of time package takes to get to you. Rest assured that all packages are shipped with insurance included to protect your purchase.

Clarifying Orders and Inquiries
Please be informed that full payment confirmation is required to confirm an order. Also, any quotes or inquiries are valid for one week from the date of creation.
Modifications to a custom order cannot be made after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
Modifications to a custom order cannot be made after 24 hours after approving mock-up.
If Mock-up is approved and error is found on item(s). Then it is deemed customers error and A1 Hustle House is not responsible.

Providing Fast Turnaround Times for Our Customers
At A1 Hustle House, we understand that time is of the essence. While our TAT is listed for 7-14 business days, we always strive to get orders out sooner than expected. If you need your order to arrive even sooner, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via website chat or Facebook Messenger. One of our A1 agents will be happy to help you.

There is no assurance that last-minute orders will be fulfilled. If approved will have a additional 25% rush fee of order cost plus additional cost for expedited shipping (If needed)

If you were not approved to do pick- up please do not choose option. Additional payment will be requested for shipping.

Please note that all custom item sales are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if A1 Hustle House made an error, we will provide remake of item (with no additional details) or store credit that both parties agree upon. A1 Hustle House may request the return of item(s) if possible to fix a error that was created or made on our part. We will offer a agreed upon store credit but as a last resort if item(s) can not be fixed.
