Terms and Conditions for Custom Product Orders

To ensure a smooth transaction, please take note of the following guidelines:

 

• All custom product orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.

 

• Please note that all custom item sales are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if A1 Hustle House made an error, we will provide store credit that both parties agree upon.

• Shipping costs for custom orders are not included in the price and will be added to the final total.

 

• Shipment Responsibility Disclaimer Please note that once your order has been shipped, A1 Hustle House is not responsible for any issues that arise within the package. Rest assured that all packages are shipped with insurance included to protect your purchase.

 

• Providing Fast Turnaround Times for Our Customers

At A1 Hustle House, we understand that time is of the essence. While our TAT is listed for 7-14 business days, we always strive to get orders out sooner than expected. If you need your order to arrive even sooner, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via website chat or Facebook Messenger. One of our A1 agents will be happy to help you.

 

 

• Promo codes and discounts are not applicable to custom orders.

 

• When placing bulk orders, shipping costs are only charged once for the entire shipment.

 

• If each team member places an individual order, the shipping cost for each order will be the responsibility of the person placing the order.

 

• If you were not approved to do pick- up please do not choose option. Additional payment will be requested for shipping.
